Terms of Service

Last updated: June 18, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AliGate AliExpress Data API and the AliGate website (together, the “Service”), operated by AliGate (“AliGate”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AliGate provides a REST API that returns real-time, structured data parsed from publicly available AliExpress listings — including product details, all-SKU pricing, stock, shipping, seller profiles, reviews and coupons — localized by country, currency and locale. The Service is provided for use by developers and businesses integrating this data into their own applications.

2. Access, plans and billing via RapidAPI

The Service is distributed, metered and billed exclusively through RapidAPI. To use the Service you must subscribe to a plan on RapidAPI and authenticate each request with your RapidAPI key.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. Fair use and availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided without any guaranteed uptime unless explicitly agreed in writing. We may modify, add or remove endpoints and features, throttle, suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, degrades the Service for others, or poses a security risk.

5. Data and no affiliation

AliGate is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by AliExpress, Alibaba Group or any of their affiliates. “AliExpress”, “Alibaba” and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and descriptive purposes.

Data returned by the Service originates from publicly accessible listings and reflects the source at the time of each request. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the data complies with all applicable laws, platform terms and third-party rights in your jurisdiction and your users’ jurisdictions.

6. Intellectual property

The Service software, API design, documentation, the AliGate name and logo, and the website are owned by AliGate and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your RapidAPI plan. No rights are granted in the underlying third-party product data beyond your lawful use of it.

7. Disclaimers

The Service and all data are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Prices, stock, shipping and other listing data change frequently and may be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable. You must not rely on the data as the sole basis for financial, purchasing or business-critical decisions without independent verification.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AliGate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid for the Service through RapidAPI during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AliGate from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription on RapidAPI. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms the Service or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability and Indemnification) will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at AliGate’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Contact
